Karim Virani, is the founder of Virani Real Estate Advisors based in Vancouver, BC. Karim and his team at Virani Real Estate Advisors are passionate about giving back and having an impact, leading them to become World Housing’s very first realtor brokerage partner in Canada.
Karim’s warm, friendly demeanor is the first thing you will notice when you meet him. A Realtor since 1988, Karim’s passion for the real estate industry has garnered him many awards, consistently ranking top 1% of all Realtors in Greater Vancouver, and the top 100 Realtors in Canada.

The Virani Real Estate Advisors Ambassadorship began in 2016 when they helped fund one of the very first World Housing villages in Cambodia for impoverished families living in the Steung Meanchey dumps.
Their commitment to providing homes to families in need continued in 2020 with their incredibly generous donation made at the World Housing inaugural ‘House Party’. Monica and Alyssa Virani (pictured above), took part in the evening’s celebration and contributed the family legacy by a major gift of $25,000.00. This donation secured our goal of fundraising for our most recent community in Cambodia, the holistic Girls to Grannies Community
