McOuat – the most experienced real estate marketing company in North America.
McOuat Partnership has been instrumental in marketing over 3,000 communities. Every category. Every province, 16 US States and across the Caribbean.
When Chuck McOuat founded his first agency in the mid 1970’s, his experience working on brands like CIBC, Bramalea, Loblaws and McDonalds gave him the insight to invent new ways of approaching real estate marketing that have now become standards in the industry. He helped build names like Mattamy and Greenpark over 20 years, and then expanded to an international focus.
Now, over 50 years later, McOuat Partnership is a family-run company with each of Chuck’s five children heading up a different area of the business, building on the legacy he has left in his retirement. McOuat Partnership is a team of 40 plus people, fully vertically integrated, focusing on all that a builder/developer may need, including market research, strategy, branding, creative, digital and social marketing, photography, video production, interior design and touchscreen software and hardware. McOuat Partnership even has its own new home/condo sales division, working on sales training and as an inside sales rep for select builder clients.
The values of the McOuat family, particularly a community-focused philanthropic commitment, is deeply ingrained in their corporate culture. At the helm of their charitable endeavors, President Craig McOuat currently serves on several esteemed boards, including Chair of the Markham-Stouffville Hospital Foundation, OakValley Health Foundation, Vice Chair of The Varley McKay Art Foundation of Markham, and numerous other charitable endeavours including Past Master of numerous Masonic Lodges. An avid world-traveller Craig climbed to Mount Everest base camp and sumitted two Himalayan peaks with Sir Edmund Hilary’s son Peter Hilary to raise funds for those at home and those people in Nepal living near base camp. This tradition of civic duty extends through the McOuat family, with Lianne McOuat volunteering her time to Habitat for Humanity, Best Buddies and leading fundraising efforts as treasurer for a community woman’s group. David McOuat contributes his expertise as Chair of the award-winning, innovative Theatre Gargantua, and Allyson McOuat served as the Executive Director of The ReelAbilities Film Festival Toronto and has made significant impacts by raising over $4 million in grant dollars for community programming.
