Faisal Susiwala has been passionate about real estate since his earliest years, and this passion is exemplified through his many accomplishments which include being recognized as Canada’s top realtor with over 4 billion in real estate sales. Faisal, against all odds, rose from childhood tragedy to the highest peak of professional real estate success and a life of wealth beyond his wildest dreams. His story in real estate began when he was only 18 years old when he was rejected by a large real estate franchise due to his young age. Driven by his deep commitment, and ambition, Faisal went on to work with Reid C. Menary, a 73-year-old independent real estate professional who became his broker, mentor and friend. Upon Menary’s retirement, Faisal went on to join a national franchise, and in 1994 joined the RE/MAX family. In the past 35 years Faisal Susiwala has achieved the highest level of recognition in the real estate industry. He has ranked as the “Top Selling Agent in Canada” and “#2 in the RE/MAX world network” and sold the greatest number of houses in Canada since 2017. In 2020 Faisal also took on the incredible task of writing a book to share his knowledge with the industry, which made him a best-selling author with his book “The Real Deal”.
